Appointment Reservation and Cancellation Policy
In order to reserve your appointment we will require a credit card on file. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 48 hours in advance (wedding appointments, including trials, we require two weeks notice). If you choose not to call us 48 hrs prior to your appointment you are giving Sitara permission to charge your credit card 50% of your service. This allows us to brighten someone else's day.
